WISHES APPLICATION
Who can apply?
Applications can be made on behalf of individual deaf children. Applications can also be made from non-profit making groups and organisations working with deaf children up to, and including, the age of 18 years.
What can I apply for?
We will consider requests for funding which will be of clear and direct benefit to a deaf child or deaf children. Wishes applications are usually to fund specific products, equipment or services that are for the direct benefit of the child or children. There is no lower or upper limit on the level of funding that may be awarded. Applications can only filled out by where the child is a resident within Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and areas of London that were previously Surrey.
How do I apply?
Applications can be made by parents, a school or individual, using the Wishes Application Form. Please include a copy of the quotation for the equipment, product or services. Please include a copy of the child’s most recent Audiogram with this application. Once we receive all 3 documents required, we will then forward your application to our Board of Trustees for approval. A response can take up to 4 weeks. If your application has a time restraint, please highlight this in your application.
